The desert, the rituals, the symbols have always been woven through the Self:Cervix story. Now we step into their origin, where the inner temple and the outer temple meet.

This journey is a reclamation of the body’s throne - where softness and power live side by side. Stone, sand, and star-fields remind us of what the body already knows: the technologies for our most magical embodiment are within.

WHY EGYPT

The parallels with the cervix are everywhere in Egypt: the Sphinx as gatekeeper, the pyramids as technologies for manifestation, the temples as initiations across thresholds - between the seen and unseen, life and death, human and divine.


The Egyptians (or whoever built these temples) were architects of frequency. Though described as places of worship, the temples are also resonance chambers, inscribed with geometry that mirrors and activates the human body as portal.


As we sail in luxury up the Nile, we awaken the cervix–heart–pineal current - the living geometry of the body - opening into sovereignty, magnetism, and the power to create.

What We’ll Do

We begin in Aswan, at the original site of the Isis temple. From there, we head north along the Nile - listening to myth and story, singing under the stars, sharing in circle. We will visit sacred sites and enter ancient temples with secret chambers. Through teaching, blue lotus ritual, somatic practise and communion with the land, we awaken the temple within.


There will also be plenty of time to rest and take it all in. Egypt itself offers so much richness - it is the teaching itself!

Day 1: Arrival in Aswan - The Gateway to the Sacred

Welcome to Aswan, where the golden sands meet the sacred Nile. You’ll be warmly greeted by Jasmeen at her enchanting Eco Village, nestled on the original site of the Temple of Isis.

We’ll begin our journey with a purification ritual, storytelling, and circle of intention, allowing us to ground, connect, and open to the magic ahead.

Optional: Arrive a few days early to soak in the serenity of this ancient place and ease gently into our sacred adventure.

 
Day 2: Sailing the Nile - Journey to Kom Ombo

Today we set sail in luxury on our private boat, gliding up the Nile’s shimmering waters toward Kom Ombo, the Temple of Sobek, god of the Nile and fertility. Feel the rhythm of the river beneath you as you begin to align with Egypt’s timeless pulse.

 
Day 3: Flow and Feminine Awakening

A full day on the water offers time to unwind, reflect, and embody the teachings of the temples through the Cervical Awakening Pathway. Our practice will weave together the sacred architecture of the temples with the divine blueprint within our own bodies.

 
Day 4: Temple of Esna - Birth and Creation

We arrive at Esna, home of Khnum, the ram-headed god of creation, and his consort Menhit. This temple invites us into the mysteries of birth, creation, and renewal - a reminder of the creative power flowing through each of us.

 
Day 5: Luxor - The Power of Sekhmet

Today we step into the majesty of Luxor and the Karnak Temple, where we meet Sekhmet, the lioness goddess of fierce compassion and sacred rage. Through embodied ritual and practice, we’ll explore how to channel this fiery energy into strength, protection, and sovereignty.

Day 6: The Queen’s Legacy - Temple of Hatshepsut

We visit the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, honouring one of Egypt’s most powerful women - a queen who ruled with grace and vision.

Our afternoon unfolds in the luxurious Amadera Hotel, where you can relax by the pool or choose to explore the Valley of the Kings. As night falls, we gather for dinner and an evening ritual to awaken the inner queen within.

 
Day 7: Dendera - Heart of Hathor

We enjoy private access to the breath-taking Temple of Hathor at Dendera, a sacred space devoted to love, joy, and divine feminine embodiment. This is a day to open the heart, set intentions for manifestation, and luxuriate in beauty and pleasure.

 
Day 8: Cairo - City of a Thousand Stories

We arrive in Cairo, where ancient history meets modern vibrancy. Explore one of the world’s most alive and awe-inspiring cities, full of colour, sound, and energy.

 
Day 9: The Great Pyramids - Private Access

A once-in-a-lifetime experience: private access to the Great Pyramids. Stand between earth and sky in the energy of timeless mystery, connecting with the pulse of ancient wisdom.

 
Day 10: Desert Peace - Closing and Celebration

We journey into the stillness of the desert, where we’ll share a closing circle and celebration under the vast, star-studded sky. A time for reflection, gratitude, and joy.

 
Day 11: Farewell Feast and Departure

We share a final breakfast at a local farm, savouring the warmth of community and the sweetness of completion. Return to Cairo by 2pm - please book return flights for after 4pm.

Where We’ll Stay

 

We begin at Jasmeen’s eco-village on the original site of the Isis Temple in Aswan.

Then we set sail on a luxury boat up the Nile

We stay at the Regent Hyatt in Cairo and ???

Our final night will be an excursion to the desert where we’ll spend a night under the stars and around a fire.

What to Expect

Our focus is on the intersection between Egyptian Alchemy and Cervical Awakening. We will work with story, myth, listening to the land and allowing the frequency of Egypt and its temples to invigorate and inform our practice.

As well as temple tours, expect:

  • Two deeper sessions of embodied practise

Hey, I’m Olivia. I’m the founder of Self:Cervix and creator of the Cervical Awakening Pathway - a profound journey into the body, love and creative power through activating the cervix.

The first time I went to Egypt, I knew immediately I had to come back for the cervix. I’m fascinated by the unexplainable mystery and all the parallels I see between these two worlds - Egyptian Alchemy and Cervical Awakening.

For over a decade, I’ve explored the cervix as a portal to expanded sensation, deep emotional release, universal love, and the integration of sexuality and consciousness. In that time I’ve guided thousands of women through transformative experiences that awaken intimacy, cosmic portals of rapture, and the multidimensional intelligence of the body.

Jasmeen Hana

Jasmeen is a Kemetic spiritual and shamanic facilitator, community builder , and founder of Bliss School, a digital platform offering holistic education, leadership development, and shamanic awareness programs that are supporting by the ancient Egyptian wisdom teachings. She is currently based in southern Egypt, where she has co founded the development of a Ancient future regenerative village project focused on community well-being and sustainable living as well as temple life.

With a decade of experience as a facilitator in the tantric and shamanic temple arts, she has led international programs focused on emotional intelligence, embodied leadership, and personal transformation.

Raised in Cairo, her professional path began with studies in meditation, yoga, and integrative wellness practices, later expanding into theatre and somatic training, with a focus on emotional expression and energy awareness. She has also designed and led immersive retreats in Egypt, including guided experiences along the Nile that integrate cultural heritage with deep mystical work with land and soul.

Jasmeen brings a unique perspective to her work by combining ancient Egyptian wisdom with modern methodologies and psychotherapy. Her leadership is centered on deepening connection, authenticity, and purposeful growth in individuals and organizations alike.
